Exchanges

In case the item(s) in your purchase is damaged or there is a size issue, we are happy to offer an exchange with a different piece/size. The exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retaining the original tags & packaging.

We do not offer any exchange from our Last Chance Section, Customised Outfits or for International orders.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at hello@roze.in. Once you receive a confirmation from our end, we will get the outfit picked up.

After it qualifies our internal quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order or provide store credit.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds. But we would be happy to give you store credit or exchange your outfit for another.

 International Orders

We do not have an exchange or refund policy.

In case the item(s) in your purchase is damaged , we are happy to offer an exchange with a new outfit. 

Cancellation 

We do not offer cancellations once your outfit has been dispatched. Request you to reach out to us as soon as possible for any changes/cancellation ie within 3 days of Order Date.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
