In case the item(s) in your purchase is damaged or there is a size issue, we are happy to offer an exchange with a different piece/size. The exchange must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retaining the original tags & packaging. We do not exchange any International orders.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Once you receive a confirmation from our end, you will have to self-ship the item(s) to our warehouse (S-500, Greater Kailash 1, Delhi 110048).
After it qualifies our internal quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order asap and notify you.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. But we would be happy to give you credits or exchange your product for another.
