Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic

Standard delivery: We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders. Please expect domestic orders to take about 5 business days to reach you. In case we foresee a significant delay in the processing and shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone. 

Express delivery: If you would like to expedite your order delivery, please let us know via email (ayush.mohnot@roze.in) and we would be happy to arrange that for you at an additional cost.

International

All shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at Checkout. The shipping charges are calculated according to the weight.

All international orders take upto 14 days to reach. In case we foresee a significant delay in the processing and shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
